Return policy
We thank you for choosing to shop at Rutherford.store. We care about your experience and want to make sure that working with us is fun and hassle-free. We offer a clear returns and refunds policy, explained below, in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
- Order return time
You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product. When you receive the goods, please inspect and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products.
- Conditions to return goods
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:
- Unused product, still in original box.
- Request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product does not have any damage, stains or signs of wear.
- Order cancellation time
The order cancellation deadline is 24 hours from the date you placed the order online. On collection of the Goods or on delivery to a third party, your order will not be accepted
- Order cancellation time
Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
- Transport
If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
- My product arrived damaged
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We are sorry about this. Please contact our Customer Care team via email. After receiving your request, we will contact you to address and resolve the issue.
Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Please contact us via email or call us please attach pictures.
Refund policy
- Refund time
When you receive the item please inspect it and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product.
- Refund method
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their compliance with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.

- Refund method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) less any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
- Late or missing refunds
Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your package. Once your refund has been issued, please wait for it to process and appear on your bank statement.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
